With 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ma. Vilma brings a lifetime of dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt service. 

Driven by excellence and built on integrity, LAVSERLUCRAN Cleaning and Hospitality Services was born from her dream to create a cleaning service that's not only dependable, but also eco-conscious and human centered. Every corner we clean is a reflection of trust and quality. Not just from experience—but from passion, perseverance, and a dream rooted in service. 

My journey began in the humble streets of Cebu, Philippines. As a young girl, I was always drawn to the idea of cleanliness, order, and beauty in everyday spaces. Watching my mother keep our modest home tidy and warm gave me an early appreciation for how cleanliness wasn’t just about hygiene—it was about dignity, care, and love.

This passion led me to pursue a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of San Jose–Recoletos Cebu City Philippines.  I worked hard, fueled by the desire to one day lead with purpose and make a difference in people’s lives. After graduating in 1992, I started my professional journey—and what a journey it has been.

For over two decades, I have had the privilege of working in some of the most prestigious hospitality establishments, including in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a department head and also departmental trainer, I learned what it means to deliver excellence, exceed expectations, and lead teams with empathy and discipline.

But deep in my heart, I have always carried a dream—to create a company of my own. A company where service isn’t just a task but a commitment. Where every corner cleaned tells a story of care. Where clients feel seen, heard, and truly valued.

And so, LAVSERLUCRAN was born. The name itself is a reflection of care and legacy—a symbol of everything built with love, experience, and unwavering dedication.  LAVSERLUCRAN is not just cleaning; It stands for trust, integrity, and the belief that every home and workplace deserves to be a sanctuary of peace and health. To bring excellent care and professionalism into the heart of everything we clean.
